District Metered Area (DMA) Management

Duration and Venue

The course is delivered as a one day classroom based training session. It can be delivered at client’s premises.

Content

The course is delivered in modular format. The modules include:

1. To keep the DMA asset functioning efficiently within its designated geographical location
2. To understand and manage local water balances, including managing unaccounted for / non-revenue water and leakage
3. To monitor and implement asset development
4. To manage operational risk and water quality in a consistent manner
5. To ensure efficient liaison between customer and company, including when problems arise

Assessment and Certification

Delegates who successfully complete the written assessments at the end of the course are awarded a Red Kite Resolutions certificate in DMA Management.
